The factory covers a total area of 22000 square meters including casting workshop 4800 square meters and machining workshops 3400 square meters and owns the maximum 20 tons crane. The factory is well equipped and strong manufacturer which adopts the new centrifugal casting technology to produce the high lead bronze castings of maximum 5 meters diameter and maximum weight 10 tons.

YYD's high-quality special casting process equipment includes large vertical centrifugal casting machine, double head centrifuge, idler centrifuge, single head centrifuge, etc. These process equipment basically meet the needs of centrifugal casting of large and medium-sized enterprises in China. For special-shaped castings, sand mold casting or metal mold casting can also be used. In order to ensure the quality of sand mold drying, a 50 cubic meter drying kiln and a 30 cubic meter drying kiln are built to monitor the temperature in real time.
The machining equipment includes a variety of models of horizontal lathes, vertical lathes, planers, milling machines, drilling machines, etc., of which the new equipment accounts for more than 90%, providing a reliable guarantee for the processing of products.
Testing department has various instrument and many senior professionals, well-equipped and advanced. The establishment of laboratory further ensures the internal quality of products, and provides a reliable basis for improving product quality and ensuring the incoming inspection of raw materials.
In July 2001, the factory successfully tested a new centrifugal casting process for large high lead bronze castings. The largest casting weight is 10 tons. High lead bronze can maintain self lubrication and reduce friction coefficient. Therefore, it is used for anti-friction bearings of aero-engine and various Cone and Gyratory crushers working under high load and high impact. The high lead bronze parts produced by our factory have been tried out by many domestic industrial and mining enterprises, and have been praised. The technical standards and service life of the products have reached the same level of foreign products.
The high lead bronze repair parts for the US imported equipment (Symons crusher, 23m³ electric shovel, etc.) of the Shanxia project have been installed and operated after production, reaching the service life of the US high lead bronze parts.
